Silway

Terms of Service

Last updated September 3, 2026

These terms set out what you can expect from Silway and what we expect from you when using the platform.

01Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Silway, a business-to-business operational intelligence platform. By creating a workspace or signing in to one, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where you are acting for an organization, on behalf of that organization.

Silway is currently offered as a private pilot. Access is granted to approved organizations, and features may change as the product develops.

02Accounts and workspaces

A workspace is administered by the organization that created it. Workspace administrators control who may join, what role each member holds, and which integrations are connected at the workspace level.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

03Acceptable use

  • Do not use Silway to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or violate the terms of a connected third-party service.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization's workspace or data.
  • Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Do not connect data you are not authorized to share with us.

04Your data

As between you and Silway, your organization retains all rights to the content it connects and creates. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service for you — to index connected content, answer your requests, and carry out actions you approve.

We do not use your content, or data received from connected integrations, to train generalized artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

05Actions taken on your behalf

Silway can prepare actions in connected tools — creating issues, scheduling events, sending messages. Actions that write to or send from a connected system are staged for a person to approve before they run.

You remain responsible for the actions you approve and their effects in your connected systems.

06Third-party services

Silway connects to services operated by others. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability, behavior, and rate limits are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third-party service's acts or omissions.

07Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and dependable, but during the pilot it is provided without a formal uptime commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

08Termination

You may stop using Silway and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, or where required by law. On termination, your workspace's indexed content is deleted.

09Disclaimers and liability

Silway is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Silway assists with operational work and can be wrong; it is not a substitute for your own judgment, and outputs should be reviewed before they are relied upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
